A Fortune 100 international company based in Atlanta is looking for bright, fast-track professionals to join their internal management training program. This 2 year rotational program grooms and prepares associates for a variety of different management positions throughout the organization. The rotational program will allow associates to work in Operations, Finance, IT, Merchandising/Supply Chain, and Real Estate/New Growth Business divisions. Associates will also be trained in Six Sigma.
Duties include Project Management, Process Analysis, Problem Solving, Data Collection and Analysis, and Change Management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Background in Finance/Accounting, Engineering or Consulting preferred
• 2 – 4 years work experience
• Overnight travel may be more than 20% or as job requires
• Prior Six Sigma or auditing experience a plus
• Previous experience working in a team environment
