We are undergoing an overhaul to streamline the customer support system, which will enable customers to find answers to all Ez Texting questions directly on the website, and are looking for a Technical Writer to plan and develop an online Help System, similar to Google’s Gmail Support (http://mail.google.com/support/).

This will be a Help Center with instructions on how to use and navigate a typical Ez Texting account; therefore, candidates must be able to login to a test account using the online application in order to become familiar with the program. As the name implies, this is not a complicated system.

Looking for part-time freelance writers to contribute 150-250 word reviews (along with some key bullet points) to our Software Deal-Of-The-Day websites. Currently we offer 1-2 discounted titles a day, that number will be increasing to 3 and perhaps 4 in coming weeks and months. As one of our writers, you'll create fresh, original, and entertaining reviews based on information culled from the each software's homepage.

You should be a vibrant, energetic, and witty writer. Contract Technical Content Writer Wanted (Anywhere)

Contract would consist of several articles about block lists (What is a DNS based block list? How does a DNS based block list work?
