Customer Service/Administrative Position (Los Angeles)

Growing Limousine Company looking for customer service representative.

Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and be tasks oriented. Will answer phones and take reservations as they come and complete lists of projects as answering our emails, creating a customer info memos etc. between phone calls.

Training will be provided.

Other duties include, but not limited to
• helping our drivers with directions over the phone, dealing with
• customer questions and concerns and working with the billing department to get the information they need.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• College experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-driven and motivated

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to type at least 30wpm
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
• MUST have DSL or Cable Internet

QUALITIES:
• Positive, adaptable, dependable
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Good verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION:
• $8-12/hr depending on experience
• Limo ride allowance
• Company discount
