DESIGNER OF ADVERTISEMENTS FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS (ANYWHERE)

We sell advertising to small business owners. I need someone
that can design these ads....something like car dealers, resteurants, etc.
Display ads to be used in email programs.
