Experienced PHP, MySQL, vBulletin Developer (Anywhere)

I am looking for an experienced PHP developer who is an expert in MYSQL and vBulletin to help build a virtual betting site.

The site will include a forum, editorial content, and an option to bet fake money on real events. We’ll be importing lines from an RSS feed and they’ll need to be parsed into our site. We’ll also be posting a significant amount of editorial content, so we’d like vBulletin to function as a CMS.

Your role will to be build the site from scratch and continue on to improve functionality, etc.
