We are a fast growing, integrated marketing communications firm in Atlanta looking for an HR/ Office Manager. This is an opportunity to be a key part of growing the team throughout all departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Human Resources Initiative
Handle agency full cycle recruitment (posting, interview, offer etc)
Plan and conduct new employee orientation
Manage company Benefits
Handle company terminations
Maintain office, employee and recruitment files
Consult with partners to resolve Human Resources issues
Manage employee time recording system, vacation requests, schedule and conflicts
Supervise Assistant Office Manager
Evaluate and fill equipment needs for agency phone, security systems, and office machines excluding computers
Maintain relationship with building management
Make service contract arrangements
Assign projects, coordinate and supervise outside maintenance vendors
Keep partners informed of administrative concerns relating to the office, both personnel and facilities issues
Candidate Requirements:
Pro-active, enthusiastic and resourceful
Flexible and professional
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Job Qualifications:
Human Resources experience.
Proficient with Word/Excel/Power Point.
