EMPLOYEE’S
Contract Representatives:
As part of the Y.M.I team, you will report to the area supervisor and be responsible for supporting and explaining to the client contracts terms and conditions and be responsible for establishing service for every appointment set with prospective clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Ability to understand legal, financial and business issues
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Assisting in preparing standard form agreements based on templates in
Contract
• Ensuring contract approval complies with established delegations of authority and sign-off policies and procedures
• Improving on the sales work flow interface with the Y.M.I team
• Be responsible for the negotiation of contracts with customers
• Strong time management abilities, working productively on multiple parallel projects
Pay: Commission
Hours: 9-5 M-F
Dress: Business attire ]
Job Requirements:
Applicant must have own transportation,
Minimum age of 21,
Must have a high school or college diploma
Must pass an extensive drug screening
Must be a legal citizen of the United States and able to provide proof
Must have a clean driving record
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Additional requirements: (Will be given at interview)
• Must have 2+ years experience supporting a team in a demanding, fast-paced, environment.
• Experience in negotiating and managing customer agreements
• Excellent team, communication (written and verbal), presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures & promote efficiencies
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and diligent with excellent follow-through and the ability to work both independently and with cross functional teams.
• Well developed relationship building skills
• Negotiation, conflict management skills
• Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal & external customer experience
• Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills
• Capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently and accurately under deadline pressure.
• Sound administrative and time management skills
• Project management & Problem Solving skills
• Sound business acumen
• Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures
• An ability to always maintain a positive outlook and working attitude
• Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
