Part-time Personal Assistant/Recruiter

Technical staffing firm requires part-time Personal Assistant/Recruiter; 15-20 hours per week. This is a temporary, part-time position with the possibility of regular employment, however, we need someone who is somewhat flexible with their hours. This position offers a great opportunity for growth for a self-starter who learns quickly. This position also offers a high bonus potential for quality candidates recruited and placed on projects. Ideal candidate must be very comfortable with the concept of 'cold calling' on a daily basis and building candidate relationships is an important aspect of this position.

Pay rate: $12 - 14 per hour, depending on experience. This position would allow the employee to work remotely from their own home most of the time.

Recruit and phone screen candidates
Internet searches
Enter employment candidates in resume database
Post employment ads
Follow up with potential candidates
Miscellaneous phone calls
General office
Miscellaneous property management responsibilities
