Position Summary:
Monitors product, production and sanitation processes through a variety of established quality specifications and sanitation procedures to assure product quality and food safety for the North Atlanta facility. Ensures that department objectives are met along with project, cost, quality and safety factors to enhance the operating efficiency of the organization. This function includes the following segments: Production Area, Raw and Finished Product, Equipment Sanitation, Information Reporting, Projects, Human Resources and Safety.
Education and Experience:
This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency, however, certification or a higher degree in Food Science, Biology or related field is preferred. This position requires at least one (1) to three (3) years of related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar computer software is required.
This is a Direct-Hire, Permanent position offering full benefits, two weeks vacation, 401K and annual bonuses and reviews.
