Senior Account Managers For SEO/Web Design/PPC (Phoenix, AZ)

Hotiaa! (www.HotSearchMarketing.com) is a state of the art web design and internet advertising agency that provides results-oriented solutions for small to medium businesses.
We are currently seeking several entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as senior account managers in the Phoenix area.

For this position you will be, in a sense, running your own individual franchise. You will be responsible for handling everything in regards to your clients’ accounts…everything from the search engine optimization to 24/7 customer service. You will be in complete control of the design, execution and maintenance of your client’s online campaign. You must be creative, intelligent and think in terms of the best interests of your clients. This is a high-intensity, high reward position. Expect to put in 60-80 hours of work per week.

You will report directly to the CEO, Michael Szymczyk, and will be paid on a scale that rewards the results you bring to your clients. For example, if you have 1,000 accounts (we currently have 3-5 businesses signing up a day, and that number is growing exponentially), and you bring 10 leads per month to each of those businesses, you will make $600,000.00 a year pretax.

About us: We are an emerging search engine optimization web design company expecting tremendous growth into 2009 and 2010, with expected revenues of over twenty million by 2011. We plan on opening offices across the nation in every major city over the next year and will be expanding aggressively into every market by offering the most competitive online service in existence.

About the position: This is a contract position. You will have the option to work from home or telecommute. You will be responsible for some, but not all, sales. You will develop seo copy material that will be included in the web design they choose. You migrate the material into the design and publish it with Analytics and Click Fraud detection coding installed. You will then build ppc campaigns for the client on the three major search engines, according to our guidelines. You will then process a link building campaign using our proprietary technology and act as the account manager, handling all customer service for the client, implementing changes and managing their site in order to increase the number of leads they receive. You will be paid five dollars for every qualified lead your client receives. The better you do, the more money you make.

In order to be considered for this position, you MUST be a U.S. citizen, must not currently work for a company in a competitive line of business and must meet the following requirements:
Requirements:

• Internet savvy professional with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work well with others under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (no online schools). Master’s preferred.
• Ability to learn and work well under pressure.
• 1-2 years experience with PPC , including experience with AdWords, Yahoo! & MSN AdCenter.
• 1-2 years experience creating or managing SEO copywriting and link building services, such as iBusinessPromoter, etc...
• 1-2 years experience using Google Analytics or a similar web application such as Omniture.
• 1-2 years experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash & Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Expression & Outlook).
• Basic knowledge working with (but not coding) HTML, ActionScript, PHP, Java & XML.
• At least one year in sales, with experience cold-calling or emailing prospects. (You will be expected to generate your own sales during downtimes)
