Position Description
Responsible for Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) system maintenance, testing of changes and auditing of data output. Analyzes and evaluates complex financial calculations for commission activity. Interacts with the IT department and Sales Team on the continued development of the commissions system and plans. Responsible for accurate and timely processing, calculating and reporting of commissions. Ensures that commission calculations are properly reflecting revenue and commissions earned. Performs analysis on commissions/bonuses and researches anomalies and trends.

Must be able to multi-task and quickly learn new systems technology. Must be able to work under pressure and strict deadlines. Must be able to effectively interact with other departments to achieve shared goals. Must be able to perform complex calculations. Must understand accounting impact and implications of transactions. Must be able to perform complex reconciliations of large volumes of data.
Must be a team player and possess strong problem solving skills. Strong presentation and communication skills required as well as strong commitment to customer service excellence required. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills required to manage multiple, concurrent tasks, meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, business or related field plus 1-4 years previous commissions or audit experience. Advanced MS Access and Excel skills required. Oracle Incentive Compensation system experience preferred or other Compensation system experience.
