Technical benefits writer (Chicago)

Looking for a technical benefits writer to hire on an interim/contract basis. In addition to the requirements below, the person should have specific experience with summary plan descriptions, benefits notices, announcement letters, etc.

Education/Experience Requirements:

·Undergraduate degree.
·Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant communications experience, with preferred experience in a professional service firm environment.
·Communications (oral/writing) experience and skills – expert level.
·Project management and/or team management experience and skills.
·Client relationship experience and skills.
·Proficiency in and knowledge and understanding of HR, benefits and organizational communications.

In addition to a resume, interested parties should provide a summary of relevant experience/skills, as well as writing samples.
