Virtual Executive Recruiter

Due to expansion, our executive search firm currently has an opening for a Technical Sales Recruiter. This is a virtual position and requires past CONTINGENCY and or RETAINED recruiting experience. Candidates will possess full cycle recruiting skills that includes client and candidate development. (This position is approximately 25% business development and 75% fulfillment of searches)

Requirements
*Demonstrated success in CONTINGENCY or RETAINED recruiting
*Ability to work on straight commission (draw first 3 months)
* Must be able to multi-task multiple searches and new business deals
*BS Degree
*Aptitude to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures VERY quickly
*Ambitious and self motivated
*Desire to make over $150,000+ in annual compensation
*Ability to work from home
