We are looking for up to 10 Senior-Level Instructional Designers for IMMEDIATE contract work. Designers may work virtual office or at client site where some travel may be required.
Description:
Responsible for designing and developing training materials as eLearning, ILT Manuals, and/or procedural documentation. This includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Candidates will work closely with client subject matter experts to ensure the the training solutions are effective and appropriate for the target audience(s).
Primary Responsibilities:
• Design and develop course outlines.
• Design and develop detail design documents.
• Design and develop storyboards using MS PPT or MS Word.
• Design and develop ILT Training, including participant, instructor guides, presentations,, and job aids.
• Design and develop eLearning or technology-based learning using one or more of the following tools: Captivate, Lectora, Dreamweaver, Flash, Articulate
• Design and develop assessments.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from four-year college or university in one of the following fields preferred: Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Journalism or related discipline.
• Knowledge of instructional objectives, adult learning principles and learning theory mandatory.
• Knowledge of Information Mapping, web design principles a plus.
• Three to five years experience as an instructional designer in a corporate business setting.
