Project Description
SAP Active Global Support is a global organization with 4,000 employees in over 40 countries backed up by more than 6,000 developers. AGSA supports approximately 40,000 customers, 12,000,000 users with over 100,000 installations. The Quality Assurance (QA) Intern will work within SAP’s Active Global Support group.
The quality of the service delivery reports that SAP Active Global Support delivers to its customers is very important. The role of the Quality Assurance (QA) position is to ensure that all final service delivery reports that will be submitted to SAP's customers are of a high level of quality. Responsibilities include grading, reviewing, and making suggestions on grammar, spelling, layout, and formatting issues within the final service delivery report, as well as the readability of the report. Therefore, excellent English and technical writing skills are necessary. Responsibilities will also include the collaboration with various other positions to ensure that all steps in the quality process are completed.
