Small office based in Laguna Beach is looking for a part-time bookkeeper for several (3) small service businesses. (real estate, health care, consulting) Initial effort may be up to 30 hours/per week for year end transactions and later will be closer to 30-50 hours per month including general administrative tasks. MUST have good communication skills. (oral/written) Long term could lead to a full time administrator position.
Must have extensive experience with QB Pro, Excel, Word and able to work with minimum direction. Can work from home after the initial learning period.
