Key duties and responsibilities:
Relationships with team and Client
Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding and resource requirements.
Develop project plans and execution options for projects within the guidelines of divisional strategies and objectives
Works with Client * International Online Strategy/Planning on the development of objectives and priorities as well as his staff
Directs and coordinates activities of resources to identify and schedule individual project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks ensure progresses on schedule and within budget.
Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
Strong knowledge of backend disciplines.
Maintain existing standards and procedures while identifying divisional as well as Affiliate/Brand needs for new processes and applications.
Liaise with Corporate Team/Affiliate/Brand as well as key partners (ie. agencies) to identify new opportunities and develop detailed recommendations for implementation with Director * International Online Strategy/Planning
Coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel in development.
Manage and lead individual projects in development.
Departmental budget responsibilities
Travel may be required
Experience:
* 6 years experience in consultancy/project management
* Managing multiple projects of varying scope and direct reports & partner agencies
* Strong understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development
* Problem identification, structuring and analysis skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Flexibility and ability to work with decision makers and to react effectively to change
* Mental agility required
* juggling multiple projects and tools simultaneously
