Standards-aware ASP.NET developer (Anywhere)

We're looking for a standards-aware freelance ASP.NET developer to assist us with overflow tasks from both our consulting line of business and our product development line of business. Despite being a .NET shop, we don't want to use the nasty code .NET produces by default, so a willingness to use adapters or tweak the output is a must.

Your overall skill picture should look like this:
*ASP.NET - VB or C#, we don't care so long as the code works.
*Javascript - by hand preferred, but if you have a favorite library it's all good
*SQL Server - specifically, be able to write your own stored procs.
*Sufficient familiarity with standards and (X)HTML/CSS layouts that you can tweak your .NET output accordingly.
*Familiarity with ASP 3.0 - we often need to keep old applications patched up & running long enough for us to re-write them in .NET.
*Willingness to work on both front-end and back-end problems - no snobs allowed.

Optional bonus points for:
*A deep & abiding love of old-school hip-hop & kung-fu flicks.
*Familiarity with SSRS and/or Crystal Reports.
*Previous experience on a product team.
*Previous experience with CMS type projects.
*Understand of basic, white-hat organic SEO techniques.
