Automotive Blogger

Responsibilities –
1. Provide daily posts to CarGurus.com’s online blog. Write original daily posts on the automotive industry: interesting trends, controversial events, interesting new car announcements.
2. Evangelize the blog by posting in car forums and other online venues to drive interest in the topics being posted and traffic to our blog. These activities might include posting the blog entries to other popular blogs (Autoblog, Digg etc.). We generally want this person to get the word out about our blog.

Qualifications-
Applicant should have previous experience with online journalism and writing content for online publication. Demonstrated experience with blogging and online community outreach preferred. Knowledge of and an interest in the automotive category a plus but not required. English or Journalism degree preferred.


Pay - $20/hr. with a minimum of 15 hours a week and a maximum of 20 hours a week. Applicant will be considered a part-time employee and will not be eligible for benefits.
