We need an experienced web designer to help us create a great looking website. We are a start-up B2C company in stealth mode. We're looking for a slick web 2.0 kind of feel with plenty of AJAX etc.
The primary skills we are looking for is the ability to design in Photoshop and then do the cut-outs. If you have web development skills beyond this then that's great too but not necessary
