Online Publication Looking for CSS and HTML Help for Redesign (web)

Online publication is looking for front-end graphic assistance for site redesign. We’re primarily looking for CSS and HTML work to “skin” the front of our site. The back-end DB and CMS are fully functional, so the need is primarily cosmetic (though some basic functionality may go along with that).

The site is a tech news publication, and as such, requires a design that’s clean, well-organized, and eye-catching. We’re going for a web 2.0 look with a lot of visual parallels to CNN.com.

We have working “mockups” of each page that have been created in Photoshop. Now we need a skilled designer to work with us to help translate those into HTML, integrate our color scheme, and make it into a sharp, unique design.

Our budget is limited at this time, and we’re looking to keep the design work under $1,000. This will be for about 3-4 page types.

Please send along a resume and samples (or a link to your portfolio) for consideration.
