Mortgage Company is statutorily required to have annual and quarterly audits and reviews by a CPA. The project involves auditing company and reviewing trust accounts. Must be a CPA. A 2nd job or working out of your home is ok. Distance is not a major problem because most work can be performed in your home or office with limited site visits. Most data can be transfered with spread sheets or Adobe files.
