We are a small boutique highly creative non traditional advertising agency. We are looking for a like minded individual on an initial part time basis but with an eye for a full time position to become our office manager. This position requires a strong accounting background as well. Key requirements are:
1.Financial and business analysis and experience with basic finance/accounting principles.
2. Experience working with production related budgets and have the ability to track expenditures.
3. Experience with QuickBooks and be proficient with payroll,
4. State, city and quarterly employment tax reporting.
5. flexible hours- part time,
6. Prepares new employee personnel files, maintains personnel files and other human resource related files and forms.
7. Be orgainized and have intense attention to detail.
