The consultant position is a commission-based opportunity.

RESPONSIBLITES
- Adhere to monthly sales goals
- Build clientele list through prospecting, calling and networking.
- Manage and creatively market to qualified lead
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients
- Close of sales

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales is preferred (experience in executing the full sales cycle required)
- Proven success in business development and strong closing skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Self motivated, professional demeanor and a proven track record of success essential
