Sales and Marketing Administrator (Home Office)

About the position

We are a rapidly growing renewable energy company seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, friendly Sales Administrator to take responsibility for driving, maintaining, tracking, and measuring Salesforce.com activities and to serve as a coordination point for administrative activities that occur within Sales and Marketing Departments in North America.

Specific duties will include

* Administer, on behalf of the Sales department, the company’s CRM/PRM system, Salesforce.com
* Recommend process revisions to update, modify, and upgrade Salesforce.com where appropriate
* Create and run reports
* Maintain lead, prospecting and other sales activity within Salesforce.com and with clients
*Facilitate Salesforce.com training and materials and provide training and operational guidance to clients.
* Maintain data integrity and work with IT resources and end users for efficient utilization
* Serve as liaison to field representatives in client interactions with Marketing, Business Services, Finance, and Customer Service teams in North America and Scotland
* Assist Sales team in sales and marketing programs, special quotations and special projects.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* 3-5 years experience in Sales and/or customer service environment.
* Solid Salesforce.com administration experience including creating and running reports.
* Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, online team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
* Ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
* Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
* Highly organized and driven by success, achievement and recognition
* High energy level and a “can do” attitude
* Strong time management skills with proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and web based applications
* Bachelors in Business, Computer Science or related a plus
*Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
*Ability to work from home office.
