SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED (HOME OFFICE)

We are looking for an Experienced and Energetic Customer Focused individual with an excellent telephone manner and fluent in Spanish that can work from home handling inbound New Client Inquiries with Speed, Accuracy, and a Big Smile :)
Customer Service Representative will be dedicated to providing quality customer service by providing prompt, accurate, friendly and complete responses to incoming telephone inquiries in an ACD call center environment.

Duties will include:
• Effectively Handling Client Inquiries (Phone, E-Mail, and Fax)
• Gathering data from clients
• Entering information into our internal database
• Researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls
• Making occasional follow-up calls to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting the management team in day-to-day operations with occasional tasks and projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years Experience
• Ability to handle multiple Phone Calls and E-Mails
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Excellent Communications Skills and Upbeat Phone Voice
• Must be Service Oriented and be comfortable on the phone
• Detail-Oriented and Meticulous
• Must be independent and reliable to work with minimal supervision out of his/her own home
• Reliable, quiet and professional work environment with computer, high speed internet access, printer
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Must be available to start Immediately.
