CyraCom, a leading provider of lanague services is looking for a dynamic individual for the Technical Writer positon. This is a marketing writing position. The technical writer will develop content using any number of multimedia formats for our sales support and marketing.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Put technical information into easily understandable language.
Prepare product documentation, such as operating and maintenance manuals, catalogs, assembly instructions, and project proposals.
Work with product managers and subject matter experts to prepare written interpretations of design specifications and other information for a general readership.
Serve as part of a team conducting usability studies to help improve the design of a product that still is in the prototype stage.
Plan and edit sales materials and oversee the preparation of illustrations, photographs, diagrams, and charts for sales support materials
