I am looking for someone local to help me launch a new website. Specifically, I would like someone who can design the site using Godaddy's Website Tonight program, which I have already purchased. Ideally, this person would also have experience in driving traffic, setting up an enewsletter and even a blog. As my site grows I will want to do all of the above. I am looking to partner with someone who can guide me through this process without spending a fortune.
I would consider working with a college student as long as you have experience and a portfolio of projects and references.
I would also prefer that this person is located in the Atlanta Metro area as it may make sense to meet in person to discuss website/marketing plans.
