What you will do:
• You will provide hands-on accounting functions, including general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable & payable, inventory accounting, project and fixed asset accounting, cash management and tax compliance,
• You will be involved in the production of typical financial reports including monthly reporting, and year-end close activities,
• You may be involved in the management of vendors, interpretation of loan documents, monitor bank accounts, and transfer funds.
What we are looking for:
• Successful consultants with a BS/BA in accounting or finance, with 3 – 5 years of broad-based experience in a range of business settings; CPA or MBA is a plus,
• Practical understanding of GAAP and solid accounting, finance and analytical skills are essential,
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, with Excel and payroll systems is a must,
• The flexibility to effectively work with multiple clients with variable priorities, and the personality that causes clients to appreciate your work.
