Admin/Personal Assistant-PT (Garland)

Home based business seeking part-time Admin/personal assistant who can run and manage all aspects of my day-to-day business. You will be asked to perform a wide range of duties including administrative, clerical, bookkeeping, marketing, research assignments, and personal support/errands.

You must have the following skills:
• Must be highly organized and be able to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to use technology—computers, printers, fax machines, scanners and copiers.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Wisdom to ask for guidance when needed.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while performing regular daily assignments
• Must be discreet and regard all client data as confidential
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a home office equipped with a computer, high-speed internet, printer/scanner/fax machine, and telephone.

This is a part-time position and is ideal for a stay-at-home mother. Hours required will vary and are dependent upon the services that you are able to provide I anticipate that you will spend approximately 3-10 hours per week. You must be available to meet with me in person every Friday and will telecommute from home the remainder of the week.

You will be a 1099 contractor and responsible for all of your taxes. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate and is dependent upon experience.
