You don't have to leave your current job as this requires part time work that you can perform in off-hours except some meetings. It will require only two onsite meetings in the beginning and end of the project that you can handle by taking off from work.
We are looking for technical Architect who understand audio/video domain and have exposure on working with internals of audio/video technology, which includes Video codec like
H.264/MPEG-4 part 10/AVC,MPEG-2,VC-1 Elementary,WMV-9,IMX-30/40/50,H.264-NS,LXF (Leitch/Harris format),DV,H.263/H.263+,MPEG-4 part 2 and audio codec like
WAV/RAW/PCM,AAC,HE-AAC,AMR,DTS/DTS-HD,AC3/DD+,MPEG-2/L-1,2,3,AC3-NS.
You should know specification, architecture, syntax, quality internals of these formats and should be able to design/architect application on top of these. We expect you to have the understanding on communication protocols and usage of these technologies on internet.
