Executive Administrator & Bookkeeper - $17/hr (100% Telecommute)

We have a 100% telecommuting (i.e. work from home), full-time to part-time position available for a Executive Administrator & Bookkeeper for up to 35 hours per week at $17/hr. This is independent contractor position involves maintaining our financial bookkeeping duties in Quickbooks/MS Excel, which is accounting for over 1 million dollars per month, and assisting the two Managing Members of the firm in solidifying the operational infrastructure. Our private firm has been in business for seven years. We have a Team of about 30 international staff members, who all work a fixed schedule during typical business hours and telecommute from their respective locations. We communicate using (AIM) instant messenger tool.

The candidate should have an accounting or related business degree, at least 1-3 years of related working experience in Bookkeeping (with Quickbooks), and is looking for a promising and dynamic entry level position with a growing Internet Marketing firm. We are looking for an energizing Team member, who is computer savvy, flexiable, has the desire to learn new disciplines, and grow in a challenging and vigorous atmosphere, during the next few years on our Team. The ideal candidate is bright, clever, highly organized, and a pro-active problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.

This is not a position for someone, who is looking for extra cash, with an easy part-time side job. All candidates will be expected to take an online exam that evaluates their Quickbooks and MS Excel skills via an independent service.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Educational background and professional experience in bookkeeping and corporate administration.
- Experience with Quickbooks & Advanced MS Excel skills
- Passion for creating and implementing corporate operational systems.
- Superior research skills and have experience in presenting information in a professional manor,
so our Management team can make decisions.
- Based on prior experience, will need to understand how corporate infrastructure systems are organized as well as professional operational system protocols.
- Capable of forming strategic relationships over the telephone.
- Superior English written and oral communication skills.
- Computer savvy, with advanced skills in MSOffice, PowerPoint, PDF etc.
- Basic HTML skills or willingness to learn.

You will need a home office with high speed Internet access and a phone line exclusively used for making/receiving professional calls.
