Our Company is FHA and VA approved and we have an A+ rating with the Denver/Boulder BBB. We are not your normal mortgage broker sweatshop as we are financially secure and offer a number of perks as part of this position.
Commission Splits
As an employee of the company you will receive between 50%-80% splits of the origination and YSP fee bi-monthly with no hidden fees or costs. If qualified, you can also enhance these earnings by completing certain tasks that are common in the loan process.
Marketing Program
Our owner is also a College Professor who teaches Graduate School Marketing. He has developed a proven non-profit marketing program that positions the LO directly in front of the borrower without any involvement by the real estate agent, telemarketer, title agent, or any other disruptive profession who seems to always hold the LO ransom for the lead. This proven program creates a solid, direct, consistent, ready-now lead flow plus has significant long-term payback as well.
