Order Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk (atlanta)

Description
Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc is seeking an Order Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to enter data into spreadsheets and flow charts within Excel. The Order Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk will communicate with sales reps and others to gather information necessary to complete the data entry into the spreadsheets and flow charts and will call upon your strong customer services and problem solving skills. As the Order Data Entry/ Customer Service Clerk you will coordinate the collection of data; participate in the preprocessing of data to locate missing information and to make corrections as necessary. The environment is a fast paced high volume environment; speed and accuracy are crucial.

Requirements
1 - 2 years Data Entry and Customer Services experience
Experience with Excel data entry utilizing Pivot Tables, Formulas, Functions, etc.
Accurate Key Strokes of 10,000 or typing 35 wpm
Strong Problem Solving skills
Strong Customer service background
High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred)
Apparel manufacturing and/or manufacturing industry experience is required
Must be willing to work on a Temp to Hire basis
Must have excellent communication skills
