Part time opportunites available (Las Vegas)

This position requires an enthusiastic, self-driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual, who enjoys responsibility and multitasking.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, including mannerism and dress (construction casual).
- Office supply inventory, re-ordering and stocking.
- Front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, faxing, filing, etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail, accept mail and/or packages.
- Route calls to proper person or take accurate and clear messages.
- Preparation of routine correspondence, documents forms and notices.
- Support estimating, accounting and engineering employees with daily activities and requesting data.
- Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and e-mail.
- Assist with weekly payroll.

Job Qualifications:
- Strong administrative background and a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Must be detail oriented, positive, proactive, friendly, enthusiastic, self-driven, responsible and punctual.
- A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the company.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with little direction.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills.
- Goal oriented, professional, and business minded.
- Excellent communication and people skills (verbal & written).
- Great follow-up skills.
