Part-time Permanent Bookkeeper / Quickbooks
• Must be considered a relative expert with QuickBooks Pro 2007
• Must have at least 5 years accounting experience
• Responsible for A/R and A/P, bank and credit card reconciliation
• HR responsibilities include processing payroll
• Business management including renewing insurance policies and licenses.
• Project Budgeting
• Invoicing
Hours vary 5-10 hours per week
