Busy real estate broker is seeking a part time Personal/Administrative Assistant.
Candidate must be wiling to assist with both personal and business tasks. A promise of at least 10 hours a week, 3 days 3-4 hours per day, but flexible on call availability when needed, considered a plus.
Administrative responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Coordinating and arranging appointments
* Implementing marketing strategies
* Paying bills
* Recording and analyzing costs
* Managing files for all transactions
Personal Assisting responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Researching products, travel etc.
* Making reservations for dining, travel, entertainment rentals etc
* Scheduling household maintenance, repairs and services
* Scheduling personal appointments
* Managing a personal and professional calendar
* Household errands
* Party planning
* Purchasing personal items and gifts
* Paying household bills
Skills
* Works independently and anticipates tasks and problems
* Organizes and prioritizes effectively and efficiently
* Communicates clearly and has excellent telephone skills
* Takes initiative and is resourceful
* Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quicken
Qualifications
* Associates degree
* Dependable, trustworthy, and flexible
* Positive attitude
* Confidential and discrete
