Web Designer & Day-to-Day Content Provider (Miami)

Miami Based Start-Up Website Seeking: Web Designer and day to day operator of content providing site.

Description:

Duties will include graphic design, development of web pages interfaces and the utilization of HTML, JavaScript, CSS; Draft and maintain a visual identity standards guide and posting of day to day content on site.

The usage of graphics and messages across all communications and web applications. Creation of all materials wherein graphic design and development are needed.

Skills Required:

• Come prepared to show a portfolio of work, online is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML & CSS
• Knowledge of the Internet and Internet Business Models helpful.
• Knowledge of Web Standards.
• Ability to develop functional prototypes to illustrate concepts.
• Strong written skills.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Knowledge of web design fundamentals icons, banners, widgets, landing pages, navigation components, skins, featured content widgets, presentations.
