Chief Software Architect and Business Analyst (Kendall Square, Cambridge)

Small healthcare software company in Cambridge seeks a highly talented person. We are working on next generation online healthcare management technologies. We are looking for someone with the following characteristics.
- Internalizes business goals. You intuitively understand and own the business goals.
- True software architect. You have the ability to break the business goals into pieces and apply software to deliver those pieces.
- Next generation web application developer, including Ruby and Python. .Net + Ajax is also desirable. You will be in a coach/player role.
- An action leader. You are highly effective in managing a range of internal and external development resources to deliver software.

This job is ideally done from our offices in Cambridge but possibly could be telecommute.
