Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator (North Boulder)

Who we are: We are a 3-person well-established team of nationally-known teachers and consultants working in the areas of social change, spirituality and transformation. Our social change work includes training, facilitating, coaching and consulting to pre-eminent environmental, social justice and human rights leaders and their organizations across the US and Canada. Our spirituality work includes retreats for couples and individuals, coaching, music performance & production of sacred chant, and professional trainings.

The Job:
You work in service and support of 3 partners, reporting to the Senior Associate who coordinates our work. Your position has multiple focus areas:

1. Executive Assistant Support: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings and personal appointments.

2. Operations Support: You will administer and support the planning, organization and delivery of workshops, facilitations, coaching services, organizational consulting services and concerts.

3. Project Support: You will provide administrative and coordination support to emerging projects as needed.

Working Environment:
Your primary office will be from your home and you will come to meetings in the Boulder home office of the primary consultants 1-3 times per week. Prefer someone within 20-30 minutes of North Boulder. The majority of your work will be on the telephone and online. Working hours are somewhat flexible, but daytime availability is essential.

Who we are looking for:
A self-motivated and organized individual:
• Able to commit to 25 hours/week as an independent contractor
• With a proven track record providing executive assistant support and administrative and operations experience.
• Who can provide effective administrative and operations leadership; organizing projects, delegating to support staff, and managing contract vendors as needed.
• Who can work with a variety of leadership styles and adapt their pace and approach to suit.
• Who has a strong aptitude, experience and preference for online tools and systems. Mac experience preferred. You are expected to supply your own computer.
• Who is an excellent written and verbal communicator who enjoys working with clients and providing outstanding customer care.
• Who has interest in/knowledge of/experience with social change and spirituality.
• Minimum 2-year commitment. (3-year preferred)
