Administrative/Operations Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will work part time to assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks including the following:
Expense Reports
•Comparison of staff expense reports to receipts
•Ensure expense report compliance with Santorini Travel Policy as well as client travel policy
Administrative
•Organization and filing as needed
•Assistance and research for travel arrangements
•Special projects
Skills Required:
•Strong attention to detail
•Self Managed
•Great communication skills
•Knowledge of PC programs including: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
This role will be approximately 10-20 hours per week (more than likely closer to 10). You must have a laptop and the ability to work from home. There will be training provided by the Operations Manager.
