Drupal Developer/Themer (Anywhere USA)

INDIVIDUAL, US-BASED. Companies or out-of-US, you'll only be wasting your time.

This is a contract position (4-6 months) with possibility of long term extension (2+ years).
Part-time/flexible hours (approximately 15-20 hours a week), full telecommuting, lenient work schedule (in terms of: I don't mind if you take an extra hour for lunch, go run an errand will quick, etc), must communicate via Skype daily.
You will not be given "whole projects", you'll be given tasks to complete the project as a whole as I will be working on the projects with you.

Skill Requirements:
* Intermediate Drupal 5.x/6.x experience
* Intermediate understanding of Drupal structure, abilities, potential and limitations
* Ability to program custom modules if necessary
* Intermediate Drupal 5.x/6.x theme creation from scratch experience
* Intermediate Drupal 5.x/6.x theme customization experience
* Intermediate CSS skills
* Quick Turn-arounds/Time Efficient!
* Loyal/Dedicated/Honest/Reliable
* Friendly and easy to get along with, sense of humor is required
* Awesomeness is a plus

I've been burned numerous times, so if awarded, I'd like to do a two-week long trial period with a lower hourly wage. If things work out, after the two-week trial, your hourly wage will significantly go up.

Compensation for Trial Period: $14
Compensation after Trial Period: Starting at $16/negotiable
