Extremely simple HTML/CSS task (Anywhere)

I have about 30 word documents that I quickly need to be converted into HTML pages using an existing HTML page template.

Basically this is a question of dropping text into an existing HTML, adding a few head tags, naming the file and creating a few HREF in-links.

It is very basic work but also technically quite tedious. I don't want a novice, just someone prepared to bang through this task quickly. I could probably do this entire task in about 3hrs but don't have the time.

I also need this person to update two simple content index pages, which again needs basic formatting and markup knowledge.
