Marketing Assistant (Work from Home) (Flatiron)

I am seeking a reliable, professional assistant to WORK FROM HOME. This is a part-time position that will be needed for at least 1 year. As I travel frequently, you will interact with me while I am away from New York.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capability with using email, internet, chat, phones. Proficiency with gmail a big plus.
Ability to take direction well and follow directions.
Ability to WORK REMOTELY with discipline.
Organizational skills.
Good personality, enjoy working with people.
Close to Manhattan (NY or NJ) in case needed to pick up office mail, make deposits, and the occasional hand off with Client.
HOME OFFICE: this means a reliable computer with MS Office, DSL/Cable connection, telephone and QUIET area for phone calls.

I own a small marketing and branding company since 2004. I have wonderful clients and want someone to become part of the team. You will be respected and valued as the assistant for the company and subdivisions.

The hours are 2pm to 6pm Monday through Friday.
The job will start Monday January 26, 2009 with orientation one week before.
The job pays $10/hour.
