VP of Finance - can be located anywhere Nationwide
Virtuosant Technology (www.virtuosant.com) is seeking a highly experienced VP of Finance who also has an entrepreneurial spirit and recognizes the significant growth potential of joining a company at near ground floor level.
We are currently seeking a talented financial professional to lead and achieve various funding phases and to lead, manage, and perform all financial related activities within the company as it grows.
This position will initially be on a part-time basis working from home. Compensation will consist of the following until appropriate revenue or funding is achieved.
* A percentage of all product and services net revenue
* Equity (ownership) in the company
Skills:
1. Startup Experience
2. Software or Technical Consulting industry experience desired
3. CPA desired
4. Ability to significantly contribute to the business plan,
5. Ability to identify, present to, and acquire funding.
6. Responsible for developing and maintaining all accounting policies and procedures to conform to US GAAP.
7. Thorough working knowledge of the principals of financial statements and ability to create, write and critique financial statements.
8. Drive substantial equity growth through proactive participation in financial and risk management.
9. Ability to initially handle all accounting/bookeeping needs.
10. Leadership ability, able to potentially manage a department such as IT.
