We are a very small creative firm specializing in Website design / development and other advertising agency style services. We cater to small to mid-sized businesses, small government agencies, and non-profit groups. We already have a growing portfolio of respectable clients in these categories.
We are focused on our Website design / development services and are planning to grow rapidly over the next few years. We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time fully commissioned independent contractors in the Atlanta area to sell Web services to similar clients as we begin the company growth progression. We also are filling opportunities within other markets, so please inquire if interested in another location. Other growth opportunities will likely evolve out of this in time with our company for full-time, permanent, career employment, if interested in that path for your career.
This is a well respected, consultative sales role (no vacuum cleaners sold here) that pays a very high commission structure, bonus commissions, and for the full-time territory managers, an additional bonus on the entire area's sales totals (all-inclusive of all local area team members under your direction). This is NOT a pyramid scheme. However, due to the lucrative nature of our commissions structure, there is no base guarantee. This liberal pay structure has been planned to foster quick company growth and optimum flexibility and reward for you, while helping us manage our resources for scalable growth with minimal bottlenecks.
Therefore, this is a ground floor opportunity to build a relationship with a company that will expand throughout the United States in the next few years, pay you very liberally and fairly, and give you the opportunity to do something well-respected in business. You do not need to be a technical expert to be successful, although we welcome those that are.
Our ideal candidate has experience successfully selling Websites or other business services with some knowledge of the Web development process. HOWEVER, we will provide highly motivated and professional people with ongoing training, coaching, and support as necessary, and this is certainly something that a hard working person can do without specific Web or technical experience. Ideally, you should at least have some B2B outside sales experience, a good aptitude and / or interest for computers and the Internet, and a professional business acumen and appearance. College is a plus, but not required.
Even now there is a huge demand for our services with little competition. Most small businesses have never been approached by someone selling Websites. If they have a site already, it was often not developed professionally or is in need of updating. Our price point is very aggressive and affordable for even the smallest of businesses for what we can offer them, and the average sale pays from $500 to $2,000 in commissions with a short sales cycle. We also offer you the ability to build your own referral network, paying a nice referral commission to those that send you business.

We fix a uniform price for the regular jobs specified during the start the contract and special price for the various updates to the site based on the speed of your business growth.
