Responsibilities:
Resolving Customer support calls related to email and website CMS management and misc technical website issues.
Oversee and manage Web servers both Windows and Linux Environment
Work directly with our graphics team to manage the development and implementation of DB Driven CMS Systems for multiple clients
Work directly with our Sales team to help scope out website projects and custom application development projects.
Provide Client training as required for CMS implementations on Client Websites.
Desired Platforms and Languages, etc…
PHP, .net, .asp, photoshop, Dreamweaver, Plesk, Cpanel, IIS, Windows Server 2003, MS Office Outlook, MS Access, MySql, MSSql , CSS, AJAX.
Skills:
Ability to learn new concepts and apply them quickly.
Ability to effectively manage each phase of a complete SDLC.
Excellent Communication both verbal and written.
Must be extremely independent, a self motivator and self starter.
Must work well in a team environment
Must have the ability to complete assignments and projects on time in within budget.
Technology degree preferred, but will consider other seasoned applicants with required experience. Only local Atlanta applicants will be considered.
