Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client relationships
• Develop and maintain client satisfaction and revenue retention programs
• Up-sell new services
• Develop & oversee client projects
• Draft proposals & contracts
• Do various types of procurement (hardware, telecommunications, etc.)
• Work with Marketing Director to create communications deliverables
• Stay challenged and look to grow

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 + yrs managing client relationships
• Ability to effectively interface with multiple internal & external departments
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong project management skills (time and organization)
• High level of expertise with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Trading industry experience is a big plus
• Technical background/interests also a big advantage
