Mansfield Oil Company in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter as a Credit & Collection Analyst.Responsible for assisting with the investigation and resolution of over and short payments, disputed items, and unapplied payments. Strong organizational skills as well as communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Will assist in pulling documents, assisting in the explanation of credits and re-bills to customers, printing and faxing of invoices, filing, maintaining files, and calling and faxing bank and trade references. Will be responsible for maintaining balances on customer accounts. Must possess strong data entry, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task are a must.
