The American Society of Clinical Pathology, a membership organization for Clinical Laboratory professionals, is seeking a French translator for their global outreach program on a contract basis. Projects include translation of educational materials for trainings and curriculum to be used in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean. Interested individuals must have experience with Medical Translations, be comfortable working on aggressive time-lines, and have experience working with Word, Excel and Power Point formats. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of clinical laboratory practices and experience with HIV/ AIDS education in developing countries. Ability to travel to the Chicago area is a plus.
